For optimal results, it is important to follow specific steps during application. First, wash your hair with lukewarm to warm water. This will open the hair cuticles, making it easier for the product to be absorbed. Next, apply an amount approximately the size of two walnuts to damp hair, paying special attention from the mid-lengths to the ends. Leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes and rinse with lukewarm to cold water to close the hair cuticles and retain the nutrients.
