The Doona X is an i-Size infant car seat (40–85 cm) with built-in wheels that converts into a stroller in one motion. It features 3 recline positions, a headrest with an adjustable harness, a SIP side-impact protection system, and is approved for use on aircraft.

Convertible Design and Ease of Transport

The Doona X is a transport solution for infants weighing from 1.8 to 13 kg (height 40–85 cm), featuring retractable wheels integrated into the car seat frame. It converts from a car seat to a stroller in one motion, making it easier to get around in taxis, on public transport and while travelling, without having to carry a separate stroller frame. It is also certified for use in the aircraft cabin, giving parents greater flexibility when travelling.

Reclining Positions and Rider Comfort

Equipped with 3 recline positions (upright, relaxed and lie-flat), the Doona X lets you adjust the angle so your baby can rest both in the car and in stroller mode. The integrated headrest adjusts together with the safety harness to accommodate your child’s growth. Its design includes shock absorbers, a smooth wheel-release system, and plush fabrics that are free from PVC and BPA.

i-Size Certification and Safety Systems

The seat is approved in accordance with the European safety regulation ECE R129/i-Size for rear-facing installation (Group 0+). It features double side walls and comes with the additional Doona SIP (Side Impact Protection) accessory for enhanced protection in the event of a side-impact collision.
