They are not worth the money. They hit me on the top of the foot, and every time I wear them they cause a sore in that spot. I washed them with water and since then they have stopped hitting me. However, they were never as comfortable as they say. I have been wearing them for three months and they still do not break in. As for the size, get your usual size. I regretted my purchase and of course I would not buy them again
