The Kitchen Mandoline for precision slicing offers 4 cutting sizes: 1.2 mm, 2.8 mm, 5 mm, and 7 mm.

Ideal for thin slices, such as tomato carpaccio, it allows for quick preparation of recipes involving sliced vegetables, such as moussaka, ratatouille, and potato gratin. It is also suitable for perfect slicing of cabbage for coleslaw.

The thickness setting is easily adjusted with a button on the side of the Slicer, with a safety selection option when not in use, protecting the blades and allowing for safe storage.

The Safety Handle is included, which protects hands from sharp blades and holds the fruit or vegetable in place while slicing.

The Slicer – Mandoline and its components are easily washed under running water.
