after one year of use they completely gave out at the headband. it is logical for a company to make things with an expiration date to ensure its profitability. but making them this defective is strange. and the previous razer headphones I had were made of leatherette and they peeled. supposedly you buy premium headphones and they always break in the dumbest way. next time I’m thinking of trying Logitech’s G522. I learned my lesson with razer, I’m never buying razer headphones again.

For the money, I expected better quality sound, coming from Sharkoon's 20 euro ones which turned out to be better

Crazy sound and surround, just for perfect 7.1 you need to go through a process to activate it via the app and the website with the product code and it's ready... Maybe in sound quality it beats the previous generation pro... The only negative for some might be the cable, but for the same wireless version you need an extra 84 euros... They have also changed the leather to a fabric material and it is even more resistant to wear and causes less sweating... For me, a top choice!

I wasn't thrilled. Sound isolation is okay. The surround, let's say, is below average. I don't know what setting it might need. From Sharkoon that I had at half the price of these, I would prefer the Sharkoon. I do not recommend them. Clear sound but lacks in bass.

Very good headphones, amazing sound, good bass... I gave 4 stars because they don't have a good cable at all, it gets tangled all the time... I have found much better cables on much cheaper headphones..

very good headphones, they're just not wireless

Every time you press mute, there is a sound (mic on) and (mic off) respectively. The app is the worst there is, classic Razer. I got them because I had the first Krakens and I had hope, but no guys, get something else

Very good sound. The downside is that they are somewhat tight at first and you fear they might break. Time will tell.

Incredible sound!!! Of course, sound and how it reaches each person's ears is a subjective "thing," but I think that in a truly large percentage, those who bought this particular headset were COMPLETELY satisfied!!! And of course, the RGB lighting is beautiful! On the Discord platform, finally my "team" recognizes my voice!!! RECOMMENDED WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION.
P.S.: The cable is QUITE high quality and of suitable length that won't create an issue in cases where the box is a bit further from the desk, and it also ends in a "type-c" nozzle with an adapter to "type usb."

Amazing headset, clear sound with good bass and lows. Clear mic. I had the v2 but this one is even better!!!! The THX Spatial Audio is magic. I highly recommend them,
