Description & Specifications

The ACV steering wheel control adapter connects the steering wheel controls to a compatible car audio unit in selected Citroën and Peugeot vehicles. It supports vehicle settings and provides 12 V ignition, 12 V illumination, reverse, speed and handbrake ground signals. Compatibility applies to vehicles with a factory Blaupunkt, Continental or Siemens VDO RD4 unit with a rotary volume control and is subject to installation limitations.

It is not compatible with factory Bosch units, Continental RD5 Silverbox, Continental RD45 units with a rotary volume control, Magneti Marelli RT3/RT6 or Harman Becker NG4 units, or with the factory JBL amplified system. Vehicles with ECO mode require a fused permanent +12 V power connection to battery terminal 30. Vehicles with rear PDC require a separate chimes interface; if a PDC switch is present, the audible alert function must be activated. Imported vehicles or vehicles with different software may not support all functions.
