The interior is lined with stainless steel, while the copper heats quickly and evenly. The cookware is suitable for gas and electric hobs, but not induction hobs.

Each piece is handmade in Italy. To care for the cookware, hand-wash it with a sponge and detergent, then dry it immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal utensils. Any patina that may form on the copper does not affect the material or cooking performance.
