Wheel Repair and Painting Kit

The kit includes high-quality products for repairing, refurbishing, and painting wheels from AVEX. It is a DIY tool that can be used by anyone following the included instructions.

• 4 x 400 ml Champion spray paint
• 1 x 500 ml transparent waterproof spray paint Champion
• 1 x special filling material for aluminum wheels
• 1 x disposable glove set
• 1 x set of abrasive papers with various grits for surface correction before and after applying the filling material
• 1 x masking tape roll to protect the edge of the tire

Application Instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean the wheels to remove dust or grease.
2. Sand the holes on the wheels to correct them and create a rough surface for the adhesion of the filling material.
3. Clean again or blow off any metal residues.
4. Apply masking tape around the wheel on the tire to protect against paint fumes.
5. Apply the filling material to the holes using a putty knife, stick, or fingers (use the gloves included in the package).
6. After about 10 minutes, once the filling material has hardened, smooth the surface using fine sandpaper.
7. Repeat the process if the applied filling material does not cover all the holes.
8. Once you have finished sanding the surface, proceed with progressively finer sandpapers.
9. If you want to paint the entire wheels, prepare the whole surface with fine sandpaper.
10. Clean the surface from any sandpaper residues.
11. Shake the spray paint can for about 2 minutes and apply it to the wheel with smooth and steady movements.
12. After 10 - 20 minutes of drying, you can apply the next coat of paint. 2 - 3 coats are recommended for optimal coverage.
13. Finally, after applying the paint coats, apply the transparent waterproof paint.
14. For a high gloss finish, apply multiple coats of the transparent waterproof paint, with drying intervals between applications.
