Surround sound at its best. The natural 5.1 channel speakers combined with Sony's virtual surround combine the power of real sound with the depth of virtual expansion for a complete, comprehensive experience.
Sound Directly from the Cinema
Enjoy authentic cinematic surround sound in your living room. The BRAVIA Theatre System 6 supports Dolby Atmos® and DTS:X®, creating an immersive multi-dimensional soundscape that brings movies to life as the creators intended.
Sound from Above
Thanks to Sony's virtual surround technology, the soundbar can position sound in a vertical space – so you can enjoy three-dimensional sound without the need for ceiling speakers or upward-firing speakers. In addition to Dolby Atmos® and DTS:X®, the Vertical Surround Engine technology delivers a more realistic, multi-dimensional sound to other formats as well.
Sound from the Sides
Sony's digital sound field processing technology uses front speakers to virtually reproduce the surround sound field, with sound coming from both sides. You can enjoy rich, cinematic surround sound without filling your space.
Upgrade stereo content to surround sound
Sony's unique upmixer delivers rich surround sound even from stereo content. Its innovative algorithm extracts and redistributes individual sound objects to immerse you in three-dimensional sound.
1000 W total power, an electrifying experience
Every moment becomes more intense with 1000 W of immersive sound that fills every corner through a soundbar, a subwoofer, and dedicated rear speakers.
Enhance the Moment with Multi Stereo
Multi Stereo enhances the listening experience by reproducing the same sound from both the front (L/R/Center) and rear speakers, creating enhanced sound power throughout the room. Feel the sound resonate with greater intensity, enhancing every moment.
X-Balanced Speaker Unit
The unique rectangular shape of the speakers maximizes the diaphragm area for powerful bass. It also reduces speaker distortion and maintains sound pressure, ensuring less distortion and greater vocal clarity.
Center speaker for clear dialogue
A dedicated center speaker ensures crystal-clear voice reproduction in every scene. From intense conversations to whispers, you will hear every word with precision, enhancing the viewing experience across all types of content.
Improves vocal clarity by enhancing mid-range frequencies, making dialogues easier to hear in various scenes. For compatible BRAVIA TVs, Voice Zoom 3™ offers additional dialogue enhancement for improved understanding.
Clear voice and precise sound image
The use of a single speaker unit for the simultaneous reproduction of a wide range of frequencies, from bass to treble, can cause distortion and lead to a blurred and unclear sound image. Our unique signal processing technology suppresses this distortion for clear dialogues and accurate imaging.
Crystal clear voice. Precise dialogue.
No more muffled voices. In combination with compatible BRAVIA cameras, our new Voice Zoom 3™ with artificial intelligence technology recognizes human voices and enhances or reduces their volume, so even faint dialogues are heard loud and clear.

Owner of a Sony S40R 600W and I upgraded and went to this masterpiece. From the first moment I put it in my space, I realized that it’s not just another speaker set — it’s an experience.
When you sit in front of the screen and the sound surrounds you from everywhere, you understand what Dolby Atmos means. You don’t just hear the effects, you feel them — airplanes fly over you, shots sound like they’re fired from the right spots in the room, and even the quietest scenes have depth and detail I didn’t expect.
The bass is as heavy as it should be, without being "muddy" or covering the other channels. Dialogues — something often underestimated — come out crystal clear, even when the action gets chaotic.
With 1000W of total power, it easily fills a large living room. You don’t need to turn the volume all the way up to feel the energy of the scene — it’s enjoyable even at medium levels.
And beyond the sound, I also liked how it looks visually. It’s not "flashy" or overly large — each piece is sturdy, simple, and fits well with a modern TV and space.
Overall, if you want to feel cinema at home — without spending a fortune — this set does the job and then some. It’s one of those purchases where, when you make it, you say "It’s worth every euro."
