It can be applied to wood and metal, as well as hard surfaces such as MDF, chipboard, melamine, plastic, drywall, concrete and plaster. To imitate wood grain and knots, apply it over a coat of PGP FAUX WOOD PRIMER and use a special wood-graining tool.

Description & Specifications

Mercola surface varnish in a mahogany shade creates a glossy, wood-like finish. It can be applied to wood and metal, as well as hard surfaces such as MDF, chipboard, melamine, plastic, drywall, concrete and plaster. To imitate wood grain and knots, apply it over a coat of PGP FAUX WOOD PRIMER and use a special wood-graining tool.

Apply with a brush in two coats, waiting 12 hours between coats. Before application, the surface must be dry and clean. Metal and glossy surfaces should be sanded to improve adhesion. Thin the varnish with up to 5% white spirit. Clean tools with white spirit.
