  • Construction: made of cordierite – durable material with excellent heat retention
  • Temperature indicator: shows when the stone is ready for baking
  • Porous surface: absorbs moisture from the dough for a crispy base

All you need to do is place the stone on the grill of your round barbecue and let it preheat with the lid closed. Thanks to the durable cordierite material, the stone stores and maintains heat, achieving very high temperatures, like in a traditional wood-fired oven.
