The Oxford Rainseal Tech offers complete waterproofing in these new pants and features a waterproof, breathable Reissa membrane throughout. It includes a double layer of waterproofing in the seat, crotch, and knee areas. It has a new nylon knee protection that minimizes wear.
It features a storm cover system at the waist and at the leg cuffs, as well as a new calf adjuster that improves fit and ensures better securing of the included knee protection. There are waterproof pockets at the bottom of the legs and all vents have waterproof zippers. Cooling is ensured through a vent system that locks open.
Extra comfort is ensured by stretch panels (kneepads and waist) that are improved and reinforced at the crotch seam, with panel overlays to increase durability and resilience. The pants also feature external padding at the hips and panels with grippers for security in the seat area. There are large adjuster panels at the bottom of the legs to facilitate the use of different boot styles.
The inner leg plates are heat resistant to avoid damage from the engine or exhaust heat. The back hem is raised to prevent damage from the heel of the boot. The Montreal pants come with a removable and adjustable belt as well as removable suspenders. It includes several printed reflective details for improved visibility at night.
