    Very good shoe for exercise. It has good ankle support and when you tighten the laces it hugs the foot very well. The sole is very soft and stable, ideal for CrossFit-type exercises. As for running, it is fine but not designed exclusively for that. If you run more than 20 km a week, this shoe is not for you.
