It is exactly as described by many and by the whisky itself. It is an extremely salty and maritime whisky with a spicy aftertaste. Pepper, salt, and smoke everywhere. The aroma is something like that. Smoky, salty, and intense, while it also gives off a bit of alcohol on the nose. The taste is strong and aggressive in the mouth. Smoke and salt are what you distinguish, and they immediately dry your mouth. Also, the whisky seems young and aggressive, and you feel a bit of alcohol and burn, but nothing worrying since the smoke and salt are stronger and cover it up for the most part. In no case, however, would I call it smooth, but rather the opposite. Aggressive and young whisky but with flavors of the sea and pepper. It is a maritime whisky at a very good price and with an amazing body at 45.8 degrees, but it is definitely not for every time you want to drink a whisky to relax. It is for specific moments and is definitely worth its money.

P.S. The whisky is even more aggressive than it could be at its 10 years, because it has been filtered and its oils and fats, which are necessary to cover the alcohol burn, have been removed. At 45.8% ABV and with filtering, it is logical to feel the alcohol more intensely than you are used to. In unfiltered whiskies at such degrees, you don't feel it, because the fats and oils are still in there. So it lost a star for this. It could have been an amazing product if they hadn't filtered it and hadn't added fake color.
