  • Diameter: Ø 32 cm – ideal size for round grills 420 mm & 480 mm
  • Material: made from cordierite – a durable material with excellent heat retention
  • Temperature Indicator: shows when the stone is ready for baking
  • Porous Surface: absorbs moisture from the dough, for a crispy base

All you need to do is place the stone on the grate of your round grill and let it preheat with the lid closed. Once the stone reaches the ideal temperature, the built-in indicator turns green – and you are ready to bake!

Thanks to the durable cordierite material, the stone retains and holds heat, achieving very high temperatures.
