    The straw doesn't reach all the way to the bottom, so there is still liquid left and you have to unscrew the thermos to drink it. There is no extra cleaning brush for the straw (while most competitors have one). The button that makes the straw pop up shoots out with a lot of force, causing liquid to splash in your face. Otherwise, everything is fine.
