Description & Specifications

Special formulation for deep impregnation. Thermally treated wood is dense and often prevents proper adhesion of conventional finishing products. Thermowood Oil is specifically designed for deep impregnation and is well absorbed even by difficult surfaces with minimal wetting ability.

Fortified with UV filters and special protective additives for wood, it creates a protective film resistant to wear, ideal for pieces made from thermally modified woods, such as floors, terraces, and decks. It is available in 4 shades of natural effect, plus clear. At least two coats are required.

Application recommendations:

  • The product is ready to use, but in the case of particularly dense surfaces, the first coat of Thermowood Oil can be thinned with 50% Solvoil 06, a slow-drying solvent.
  • Continue applying the subsequent coats without thinning.
