EFFECTIVE: The blade easily penetrates food. The micro grooves on the blade facilitate cutting all fruits/vegetables into very thin slices while preserving their flesh's texture. Optimized cutting angle of 19.3°. Cuts effortlessly and perfectly even the softest fruits and vegetables (tomatoes, pears, etc.).

HELP & EASE: The stainless steel plate allows for smooth gliding of food for a natural motion. The button integrated at the end of the handle lets you adjust the thickness up to 5 mm. Ergonomic handle for a natural and easy grip.
