EFFECTIVE: The blade easily penetrates food. The micro-grooves on the blade facilitate cutting all fruits/vegetables into very thin slices, while maintaining the texture of their flesh. Optimized cutting angle of 19.3°. Cuts easily and perfectly even the softest fruits and vegetables (tomatoes, pears, etc.).

HELP & EASE: The stainless steel plate allows for smooth sliding of food, for a natural movement. The button integrated at the end of the handle allows you to adjust the thickness up to 5 mm. Ergonomic handle for a natural and easy grip.

SAFETY:
