The Gastroback 47000 wine aerator accelerates aeration and decanting, completing the process in just a few minutes. Its air filtration system speeds up the process by 90%, while 1 minute of oxygenation is equivalent to 1 hour of traditional decanting. It can also be used for whisky, cognac, brandy and other spirits.

Decanting time can be adjusted according to the wine’s origin, region, grape variety, ageing and alcohol content. The ifavineMini app provides relevant recommendations. The device runs on a rechargeable battery or when connected to a power source, and stores the most recent decanting time setting. In standby mode, the LCD turns off after approximately 10 minutes.
