• Higher moisture absorption

  • PLA wood is more sensitive to moisture due to its wood powder content. Dry the filament before use to maintain print quality and achieve a uniform finish.

• Storage and Drying

  • Although fully dried and vacuum-sealed before shipping, transportation conditions may affect moisture levels.
  • Storage: Store in a sealed container with desiccant or AMS for moisture protection.
  • Drying: Dry the filament immediately after opening and repeat the process before long-term storage.
  • Drying instructions:
    • Quick-drying oven: 55 ± 5°C for 8 hours.
    • X1 chamber: 65–75°C for 12 hours.
