This work includes the essence of Sports Law and establishes the sports jurisdictional order, with an analysis of contemporary legal issues of both national and international sports legal order, such as the Lex Sportiva rules. 

The question of what Sports Law is, is systematically addressed in the first part, as well as what constitutes the international sports legal order in relation to traditional legal orders. The principles of Sports Law, its origin, process, reasons, justification, legality, concept, nature, structure, essence, and distinction of Sports Law as a special branch of Law and Sports Science are examined. 

In the specific first part, the issues concerning the sports pyramid in Amateur and Professional Sports are systematically analyzed, within the framework of relevant constitutional provisions, the internal sports legal order, and issues arising in sports action, tortious and contractual liability. 

The second part includes the jurisdictional system and bodies of national and international sports jurisdiction, such as the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). This work is a valuable tool for the practitioner of Sports Law and the Lex Sportiva rules, as well as for those engaged in daily sports practice.
