    The cooler is perfect for my processor, which is relatively old. It fits the AMD A8 6600k and installation is super easy because the motherboard in my computer is from Asus, which has its own plastic mounts for securing the cooler. So, the round plastic part with screws included in the package was not needed at all. The ARGB is perfect, completely silent with large fans, which compared to the old one is like night and day. It also has 6 heat pipes that very easily transfer the hot air to the front of the case, unlike typical coolers. I saw a huge difference in cooling and it solved the problem where the motherboard would automatically shut down to prevent overheating. For any computer with an FM2 socket + FM2+, I highly recommend it. Of course, it also works for newer models!!!
