This unique design of the lifter drains vinegar and brine from pickled and fermented foods, allowing you to serve it immediately. Simply pull the silicone-coated lifter upward to separate the food from the liquid. Ideal for pickled onions, beets, gherkins, and cauliflower florets.

The jar has a capacity of 1 liter/1000 ml, perfect for pickling and preserving large, whole fruits and vegetables. The wider opening allows for easy filling and pouring. The jar features embossed volume indicators in ML on the side and is reinforced with the authentic embossed Kilner® logo on the front.
