I have oily but sensitive skin, and I have tried various toners and essences, especially lately as I’ve been paying more attention to my skincare. I would categorize this toner more as a toner-essence, and I’ll explain why: It contains many hydrating and active ingredients in its formula, it doesn’t have an astringent effect like many toners, and its formula is so rich in nourishing ingredients that it goes beyond the simple use of the classic toning lotion we usually think of. Although it’s referred to as a toner, for me it falls into the category of toners that lean towards essences, so don’t expect the same cleansing results as you would from an astringent toner used after your usual cleansing routine. It’s best to first use a micellar-type toner to restore your skin’s pH and remove any remaining sebum, dirt, or makeup residues after your regular cleansing, and then use this as an extra boost of hydration, healing, restoration, and anti-aging—just like we use an essence before our serum. Its texture is very light and comfortable, I’d say velvety, milky and rich at the same time without feeling heavy on the skin. Like enhanced water. From the first use, it gave me an incredible feeling of hydration on my skin, which impressed me, and as soon as it was absorbed (I use it with my hands, not with cotton), I saw the much-desired glow skin effect! It nourishes the skin, renews it, hydrates it, and softens its texture. It has a pure composition, which I always check in the ingredients, it’s fragrance-free, ideal for the most sensitive skin. Rich in rice water—60% of its composition is rice milk—and that’s what makes it even more unique. Enriched with niacinamide, three types of ceramides, hyaluronic acid, adenosine, and various precious ingredients used in Korean skincare routines, it’s become one of my favorites. Plus, it’s 250 ml. What more could I want? I highly recommend it; it’s truly worth every euro. Again, don’t expect it to remove makeup residues—it’s a hydrating toner and not recommended for that use. It’s essentially an essence. Perfect, and I will buy it again and again. Personally, it suited me perfectly.
