Zeo-Fine is a powerful detergent for cutlery, ceramics, and glassware, suitable for use in all professional dishwashers, as well as in CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning systems.

Application method:

• Ideal usage ratio: 1 to 5 grams of detergent per 1 liter of water when filling the tank.
• At the start of the first wash cycle, approximately 200 ml of detergent is required, while in the next 6 cycles, 100 ml is added per cycle.
• For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to introduce the product into the dishwasher via automatic dosing pumps.
• Zeo-Fine reaches its maximum level of effectiveness when the temperature inside the tank ranges between 60-65°C.

For CIP systems:

• Ideal dilution: 5% to 10% per liter of water, depending on cleaning needs.
• The product is most effective when the temperature inside the CIP container is between 40-60°C.

Special instructions for hard/soft water:

• The appropriate dosage for each dishwasher will be determined by ZeoTec's specialized technicians, after taking and analyzing a water sample.
• For CIP systems, the dosage is calculated based on the type of soil, temperature, and its molecular composition.
