Vinyl Flex is the innovative fabric that meets the high demands of our customers. Thanks to the appropriate components, modern technology, and the use of a special protective layer, the material is characterized by high resistance to oils.
A unique feature of the Vinyl Flex upholstery is increased resistance to dirt. A special top layer of the cross-fiber knitted upholstery prevents the material from stretching, making it very durable even at the corners. Additionally, the upholstery is characterized by increased abrasion resistance. Tests have confirmed that it reaches 120,000 cycles. Vinyl Flex also has increased flexibility, is non-flammable, and, importantly, does not contain phthalates harmful to health.
The Vinyl Flex upholstery has been developed by the HABYS development department in cooperation with the Polish fabric manufacturer. The material is produced exclusively for HABYS.
