The solar controller is designed for photovoltaic applications and coordinates the solar panels for efficient battery charging, being a very important factor in the photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic controller can automatically adjust the operating voltage and keep the solar panels operating steadily at the maximum power point of the VA characteristic curve throughout the day.
It is equipped with thermal compensation capability, which can increase the efficiency of solar panels by 30% and extend the lifespan of storage batteries. It supports a maximum current of 30 A and the maximum power of the panels should not exceed 390 W for the 12 V charging system and 780 W for the 24 V charging system. In case of choosing the 24 V or higher charging system, protective measures need to be taken. For proper and long-term operation, it is recommended that the output current from the solar panels be less than the current supported by the controller.
