It is a monastery liqueur - Amaretto liqueur, made by the nuns of the Holy Monastery of St. John the Baptist in Vombokou.

Made from apricot pits grown in the monastery's gardens, with the addition of sugar and pure alcohol.

Packaged in 40 ml violin-shaped bottles.
