Seal of prosphora with Byzantine script IC XC NIKA, crafted by the fathers of the Holy Trinity Hermitage, also known as the Hermitage of Kavsokalyvia, which is under the Holy Monastery of Great Lavra on Mount Athos. It is a genuine Athonite handiwork, faithfully following Orthodox symbolism. It features deep carving, as it is hand-carved, to achieve a clear imprint of the design on the dough.

Instructions for maintaining the seals:

• Do not wash them, keep them away from moisture, as there is a risk of them molding or warping.
• Do not oil them, as oil will alter their color and later they will blacken.
• Immediately after use, and while the dough remnants are still fresh, clean it with a toothpick and remove the flour with a brush like a toothbrush.
• Store them in a cloth or paper case in a drawer or cabinet away from moisture.
