At first, the installation seemed strange and difficult. I was sure the product was useless and that it would end up constantly slipping on the door frame as well as on the wall.
However, I accidentally discovered that once you turn the two ends and they reach a point where they stand, even slightly, on their own in the frame where you will place it, you need to twist it inward from the handles, causing both ends to open at the same time. That way it will wedge into the frame and won’t slip at all.
Just make sure the frame is sturdy!

Έτσι θα σφηνώσει στο πλαίσιο και δεν θα γλιστράει με τίποτα.
Μόνο φροντίστε το πλαίσιο να είναι στιβαρό!
it can withstand the weight it claims as a construction. as a method of fastening to a door frame, there is no way it can hold. for me at 95kg it was slipping and of course I didn't risk it and secured it. 4 screws and a small metal plate on each side at a laughable cost from a hardware store and you have peace of mind, but also a door frame full of holes...
