Description
Professional projector PJ UHL3660 by the company Ricoh, with resolution pixels and image diagonal ranging in the range 85 - 160". This size depends on the distance the projector is placed in relation to the projection surface.
The projection technology is the way the projector's lamp light is converted into an image to be projected through the lens onto a surface. This one is DLP (DMD) technology and its lamp is laser type, which has a longer lifespan compared to LED lamps, as well as very high brightness and excellent color and black performance.
This technology is named after the initials of the words Digital Light Processing, it is the most widespread projection technology, and there are projectors with one or three DLP chips. The image is created when the projector lamp light passes through a rotating color wheel and is reflected by a chip with hundreds of thousands of tiny mirrors, each corresponding to a pixel. This chip is called DMD (Digital Micromirror Device). They are suitable for spaces with plenty of lighting, such as classrooms or conference rooms, and have good color performance.
Brightness is a very important feature that is taken into account, in combination with the projection distance and the maximum diagonal you want to achieve, for the selection of a projector. This one has a brightness of 6500 ANSI Lumens which indicates how much light the projector can deliver on a specific surface size. The general rule suggests that "brighter" projectors are preferred in rooms with plenty of light or several light sources, while "darker" ones are preferred in dark rooms.
It is equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can connect wirelessly to your local network and watch a program online or download software updates. You can watch a video from your mobile or the movie you saved on your laptop with your friends, using the Miracast/Screen Mirroring function. This function allows you to wirelessly "mirror" your mobile or laptop screen to a larger screen.
