Well. as a phone it is amazing!!! It would have not 5 but 6 stars if I could put... HOWEVER...... 2 stars and many of them are because it has a German caller and I couldn't find a way to change it... something like "hooften bouten" it says... this should be written in its characteristics. The device changes in many languages and has Greek too, but I couldn't find a way to change the caller.
I wouldn't buy it just for this reason. If I am wrong, someone below should answer how it can be changed and I will change my rating!
The phone is good, the construction quality and the volume are worth the price. The only issue is that the Base is in German and there is no way to change the base language, I have contacted Panasonic support and they confirmed that the base is localised. So, if you receive the “G” version is in German, if you receive the JT version is in Italian.

The biggest downside is that the phone is in German!!!
There is no book in Greek for directions
There is no Greek manual. I found it on the internet.
It has a Greek menu, but all the commands of the phone remain in German. Very bad!
Simple things. Excellent sound quality, excellent performance indoors and on nearby "excursions" to balconies and verandas.
An old-fashioned phone.
Outdated menu, reminiscent of mobile phones from 1996, which you encounter in almost all landline wireless devices.
It does its job well. Anyone looking for something extra or something reminiscent of today's technological era will be disappointed.
The phone is excellent. However, you should make sure to buy the one intended for Greece and is imported by the PANASONIC dealership. Then you won't have any software issues. Be careful with free imports. I read the reviews and understood that many people didn't pay attention to it. I consider the Greek one expensive, that's why I'm giving it four stars only. Its price should be reduced.
I have had it for a while and I am satisfied. The only thing I do not know and cannot adjust is if the device supports the ability to show the caller that the line is busy when I am talking to someone else. If someone can inform me, please. Thank you
The manual is in German.
2. The answering machine is in German.
3. The Night Mode is not being set while I do everything at night, it rings normally and can be heard from the speaker, nowhere does it mention how to isolate the speaker
4 stars because it comes with user instructions only in Italian (here they are in Greek https://www.electroholic.gr/files/Manual/KX-TG6811.pdf). Also, even though you can change the language in the menu, you cannot change it for the answering machine, which remains in Italian (I checked from the official Panasonic website, and it says that language change is not supported for this model's answering machine https://panasonic.net/cns/pcc/support/tel/homenetwork/manual/gr/el/4/#!/id_oi01_0138/id_oi01_0631).
Other than that, it's fine.
EDIT: After about 6 months, the screen started having issues and some pixel lines do not light up, but it doesn't bother me much.
I have it for two years, it's a very good dog, easy menu, good open listening. The only small disadvantage it has is that all sites mention that it works with power interruption. Unfortunately, I also have the 6821, which is an automatic answering machine, and the 6811, neither of which works. It's misinformation and they write it on almost all sites and in all features, it's wrong. Don't expect it to work during a power outage. The ringing sound is satisfactory because it has sound in the base and in the headset, so it covers both, unlike the 6811 which only has the headset. There is an issue there, it is not loud enough on its own. The open listening sound is very good and does not distort, it is clear and loud, it covers me. I would buy it again. When I bought it, it was around 32 euros. Now it's a bit more expensive, sometimes it drops a little below 30. The range inside the house and in all rooms and balconies is perfect. When you change floors, go up to the terrace or go down to the ground floor of an apartment building, there is an issue. Those measures they mention, 300 meters and more, do not apply. I don't know what happens in a straight line or in a detached house, but in an apartment building where I have tried it, when you change even one floor, there is an issue. It barely catches and only in specific points inside the house. However, on the same level and on balconies, it catches perfectly
Excellent phone, very good features. The only downside is that the voicemail is in German.
We got it for professional use. It is user-friendly, but I found the manual in Greek through the internet and changed the menu to Greek. I consider this something that not everyone can do so easily. Everything else is good, including the sound, menu, and answering machine. It's worth its money.
I have it for two years and the landline works great!!!! It has a backlit keyboard with large buttons, speakerphone, an answering machine with customizable message and adjustable number of rings before answering, very durable against impacts, loud speaker and earpiece, a fairly large phonebook, call display that keeps track of missed calls, long range without any issues on the line (crystal clear sound even from a distance from the base), a small base that doesn't take up much space, and the batteries last a long time even with constant use (it only stops working when we're asleep)! Finally, if there's a power outage, the landline works for a few hours as long as it's on the base. The only downside is that the keyboard doesn't lock and it doesn't have a hook to attach it to clothes for hands-free talking and multitasking! It's a choice worth every euro as it's not expensive (I got it for around €30 on sale) Take it without hesitation!!!!!!! I hope I helped a little...
Beautiful, user-friendly, reliable, and functionally flawless. The only downside is that the instructions are in Spanish, which personally didn't give me much trouble due to my knowledge of Romanian, but it could be a problem for someone else. It's worth its money, and I have 15 years of experience with Panasonic phones and I am always satisfied
Kids, the phone is amazing, no doubt about it. It's fantastic for the price of 33.90 euros. There's no chance you'll find something better, it's worth it and more. Everything works perfectly, it has a large screen, large illuminated buttons, and the digital answering machine works flawlessly. You can even record your own greeting message easily through the headset menu and adjust how many rings activate the digital answering machine. The battery lasts comfortably for four to five days without the ECO mode activated. The speaker on the headset is the only drawback I noticed, I would have liked it to be a bit louder, but not at worrying levels. I should note that the base also has a speaker, so you can hear the sound of incoming calls or messages from there as well. You can control the settings of the digital answering machine and overall it has a menu that is quite easy to navigate, compared to other Panasonic models I've had. As for how long it will last, only time will tell, but I recommend it at this price. However, for someone who wants to get the basic model, it is preferable to spend an extra 10 euros and choose this model with the digital answering machine instead of the other one, which doesn't have a speaker on the base or an answering machine. And from what I've learned, it has a more downgraded software compared to the one with the digital answering machine. In general, I highly recommend it. You can get it without hesitation.

The Panasonic KX-TG6821GB cordless phone uses DECT technology and features a digital answering machine that can record up to 30 minutes of messages. Noise reduction can be activated at the touch of a button, while the speakerphone supports High Sound Performance technology. The backlit display and keypad make it easy to use.
One Touch Eco mode reduces transmission power at the touch of a button. The phone supports blocking unwanted and private calls, as well as a night mode that silences the handset during a selected time period. The answering machine allows remote access to messages.

Very good phone. I still can't change the sound on the answering machine. It's in Italian. The language on the device is in Greek.

I received it without the correct cable and with a manual in German.
Unacceptable

It does not have a Greek menu and the open listening does not work in case of power failure
