Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure higher air flow than the original paper filters. In F1, BMC fiberglass filters minimize the loss of air flow pressure passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for fully exploiting maximum power.
Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and the latest technologies to produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter is very lightweight, made from the finest raw materials, and improves performance. Braided alloys with epoxy coating are used for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to air moisture. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.
Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the red BMC filters. They are made in a single piece without welded joints, minimizing the risk of breakage. This system is called "Full Molding" and originates from R&D in F1, significantly contributing to the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
