The Cat.6 cable operates at frequencies up to 250MHz in a shielded version with a braid as general shielding and foil shielding for the individual cable pairs (S/FTP). Cat.6 cables are widely used in the professional sector. They are ideal for Gigabit Ethernet applications or AV extensions.

The cables are manufactured and tested according to the ISO/IEC 11801 specification. The cables are individually packaged in a polybag. The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free connections for long periods of use.

The durable snagless design prevents damage to the connector lock during installation and removal. The LSZH jacket material is free from chlorofluorocarbons, making the product suitable for use in public spaces, thanks to the low smoke emission and the elimination of toxic chemical compounds.
