It includes a heat-resistant glass lid with an Aroma Knob handle and a flavour infuser, allowing you to add liquids without removing the lid. The roasting rack can also be used as a lid, while the glass lid fits only the deep dish.

The base is suitable for halogen, ceramic, gas and induction hobs. Its construction is resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, while heat is distributed quickly and evenly, allowing you to cook with minimal fat.
