    I got it hoping to reduce the amount I eat but it does not give me any feeling of satiety. The first time I took it, for a few days it caused me more frequent bowel movements. Now that I took it again after months, since I still had capsules, it does not cause me frequent bowel movements. It is very expensive. If someone takes 6 capsules a day, it will only last them 15 days.
