Δέν έχει να κάνει με το μήκος του πέλματος αλλά με το πόσο φαρδύ είναι. Εγώ που έχω σχετικά φαρδύ πέλμα πήρα το regular και μου είναι ιδανικό. Είχα δοκιμάσει και narrow το οποίο μου έκανε σε μήκος αλλά ήταν λίγο στενό στα πλαϊνά όποτε έπρεπε να χαλαρώσω κατά μια τρύπα το λουρί
