Προσωπικά θα έλεγα ότι είναι true to size!
Οχι, το μόνο που προσέχεις είναι αν θα είναι narrow ή regular το οποίο έχει να κάνει με το πόσο φαρδύ είναι το πέλμα σου. Εγώ φοράω παντού 44, δοκίμασα και το narrow και το regular και τελικά επέλεξα regular γιατί μου ήταν πιό άνετο στην εφαρμογή στο πέλμα (όχι στο μήκος). Απλά και το narrow μου έκανα απλά θα έπρεπε να χαλαρώσω το λουράκι μια τρύπα
