    UPDATE 13/08/2026. They replaced the extractor hood for me; I received a different model yesterday from the original one I had. It didn’t have remote control, which meant it also didn’t have the timer function. The chimneys arrived bent, and the motor was held by 2 out of the 4 screws. The other 2 were hanging loose and wouldn’t tighten at all, resulting in vibrations during operation and creaking noises. Complete disappointment, I asked for a refund. STAY AWAY... pay a bit more and get something worthwhile... NEVER AGAIN

    UPDATE 06-08-2026. After 1 month the right light started flickering. After 8 months the first and second speed settings start up weakly for 2 seconds and then shut off. The third speed sometimes works, barely... I took it down and sent it in for them to look at. I’m waiting for the results. I don’t know if it’s this specific one, but it’s better to pay a bit more and get something reliable rather than whatever... Good, it doesn’t make as much noise as the TEKA I had, the negative is that the remote doesn’t work beyond 20 cm, so basically if you have to stand in front of the extractor hood, you don’t need the remote. Also, the timer is fixed at 8 minutes and can only be adjusted from the remote.
