Chartron et Trebuchet was founded in 1984 in Puligny-Montrachet and is historically located in the golden triangle of Cote de Beaune, stretching across the villages of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet. It is a House that quickly gained worldwide fame.
This story of friendship evolved between Jean-Rene Chartron and Louis Trebuchet, who promoted the great terroirs of Burgundy. Their aim and vision are to produce great wines and premium labels, with the label of Chartron et Trebuchet being recognized globally.
The vineyard is situated to the north of Cote de Beaune, between the villages of Aloxe-Corton and Ladoix-Serrigny, on the slopes of the legendary Corton mountain. It is an exquisite white wine with great aging potential, representing the flagship of Burgundy's Chardonnay and is highly sought after among wine lovers.
