The case has a raised edge around the camera and screen to protect against scratches on flat surfaces. The matte finish provides a secure grip, and the carbon fiber accents add a unique and distinctive look.

Rugged Armor features Air Cushion technology that softens phone drops on the edges. It has military certification MIL-STD 810G-516.6, which means the case has passed the drop test 26 times from a height of 1.2m.

The only negative I see is that the raised lip at the back to protect the camera should be a bit more because I also use a camera protector, also from Spigen, and when the phone touches, it slightly touches the camera glass. For me, this case is better than the Spigen Ultra Hybrid.
