A sweet wine with a long tradition, named after the "recie" (spelled in the Veneto dialect) of the carefully selected Garganega grape. It is a wine that has been greatly loved by the Pieropan family, which has been producing it using traditional methods for many generations. At the end of fermentation, the wine is aged in acacia barrels and French oak barrels for about two years, followed by at least 6 months of bottle aging before its release.
Gold-colored. Soft and delicate aromas of ripe fruits such as quince and dried apricot. Full-bodied on the palate with sweetness balanced by acidity and long-lasting aftertaste.
