The use of granular activated carbon supports a high supply and processing of water without a drop in pressure in the system. The addition of KDF - 55 material (NSF certified) offers significant reduction of a range of heavy metals (lead, arsenic, nickel, copper, etc.) while also having bacteriostatic properties.
