    Quality construction materials.. It consists of 2 parts, the base which exists on its own as a spare part and the case.. It is not 100% waterproof on its own though! In a light rain it will be fine but in heavy rain for an hour, water will seep in.. The company provides another case that goes on top and closes with Velcro to make it 100% waterproof! There is the possibility of adjusting it to the handlebar or to a bar in the handlebar area.. It is worth its money both for a mobile phone holder and for GPS..
