Pattex Repair Express is a two-component adhesive putty that offers fast and strong bonding. It is used for bonding, sealing, and restoring most materials. Ideal for repairs and connections of items, smoothing damaged surfaces, and filling in damaged parts.

After curing, Pattex Repair Express is resistant to water, oils, and typical solvents. During curing, the putty does not shrink or swell.

1. Surfaces must be dry and free from dust, dirt, grease, and other substances that reduce adhesion. Remove any residues from previous materials or damaged parts.
2. Before starting, cut a piece of Pattex Repair Express with a knife or scissors. Remove the protective film from the cut piece.
3. Wear protective gloves. Then, knead the white and blue pieces of the putty well until you achieve a homogeneous white mass.
4. Apply the prepared putty (before it starts to heat up) to the prepared surface within 3 minutes, pressing it firmly.
5. The increase in the temperature of the putty indicates that the material begins to cure. After about 5 minutes (at a temperature around +23°C), Pattex Repair Express hardens.
6. After about 15 minutes from application, the putty can be sanded, drilled, polished, and painted.
7. The full curing of the putty occurs after 24 hours (without load) from the moment of application.
8. Immediately after completing the work, wash your hands with warm water and soap.
