I would have preferred it to feel a bit sturdier; at first, it is quite slippery, so be careful. I am referring to the sensation when your foot touches it, not that it moves out of place. Over time, the new texture fades and it stops being slippery. Overall, it is nice, I did not regret it, I put it in the kid's room. It is not particularly thick, so if you want something like that, choose something else.
