Manufactured by Shimano's technical department in collaboration with top Japanese experts, the Kairiki 8+ features a renewed three-layer coating with Toyobo's innovative Izanas SF600 material. This technology provides excellent resistance to seawater and maintains the filament's color unchanged over time.
The silicone coating reduces noise during use, offering a quieter fishing experience. The Kairiki 8+ offers incredible strength from small diameters, with an exceptionally thin and smooth ensemble, ideal for boat techniques.
