The Pal baking tray is round, deep and made from a bimetallic sheet of steel and aluminium. It features ILAG’s ILAFLON Resist non-stick coating on both sides, while its thickness distribution helps ensure even heat conduction and baking. The glossy surface, rounded corners and rolled rim make it easier to clean and handle.

It is suitable for fan-assisted ovens and grills, for use at temperatures up to 230 °C, and for storage in the refrigerator. It is dishwasher-safe, though hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to extend its lifespan. Made in Greece, it is safe for food contact and recyclable.
