MOLD-RESISTANT PRIMER

A special clear stabilization primer based on acrylic copolymers in a water-based emulsion, with a high degree of penetration, good insulation, and stabilization of surfaces, capable of preventing and restoring future mold and algae formation.

Features:

  • Clear primer with high penetration and stabilization capabilities.
  • Very good insulation.
  • Concentrated (dilutable up to 400%) for greater efficiency.
  • Dilutable with water.
  • Almost odorless.
  • Part of the specialized Giollisana Line system.
  • Recommended before applying the final colors of the Giollisana Line.

Application Surfaces:

  • Interior & exterior application on walls made of plaster, drywall, cement board, concrete, and troweled surfaces.

Where We Use It:

  • On surfaces exhibiting strong signs of darkening from mold, fungi, and algae.

Coverage: 7-10 square meters per liter & per coat

Application: brush, roller with diluted product

Dilution: 300-400% with water

Cleaning: Immediately after use, clean tools with warm water and soap

Drying Time (23°C, 65% relative humidity):

  • Touch: 1 hour
  • Through: 4 hours
  • Recoat: Minimum 6-8 hours
